I dont think there are any but you could try getting a good mascara from the drug store like Great Lash.

Those come really cheap at like CVS.

I don't know of anything other than mascara that has a conditioner in it.  Do you wear waterproof mascara?  If so, it will thin out your eyelashes when you try to wash it off because you will have to scrub your eyes.  You can always get eyelash fillers that don't cover the whole eyelid.  They are just little sections to fill in gaps.
