What is a good non conductive metal?

Im looking to build a nice case and spacers for a fuel cell but the container and spacings between each plate need to be non conductive.

  1. one of the passivation layer metals (titanium, tantalum, niobium....) but only after they have been anodized at a very high voltage for a long time. you'll end up with what is basicaly a ceramic coated metal.
