  1. stretch, then run up and down a park of ur choice for as long as u can. have fun!!!!!!!!!1

If you are a running back, Deffinetly jog like 6 k about 4 times a week, Work a lot on your grip, Go to your football store and buy a grip work out thing, (its for receivers but its good to have good hands for screen pases and less fumbles) Do a lot of squats, stair climbing, bicep curls, hammercurls, benchpress.
