I also like Homeschool Tracker.  It's a lesson planner, journal, and grade book/record book all in one.

It's not web-based, but it is free online - you just download and save to your hard drive.  They do have an upgrade for $35.00 or something like that (it's well worth it), but the free version will keep grades easily enough.

I like the free version of homeschool tracker. It keeps everything from reading logs, to grades, to attendance, and field trips.

Another option to view is   Homeschool Reporting On Line.  It is a web based program.  So there is nothing to download.
