What is a good over the counter dental adhesive?

that i can use to put rhinestones on my teeth for a costume? I keep seeing kits for it but they're kind of $$. Anybody ever try this before? What kind of luck did you have?

Get it done at your dentist, the dental adhesives, ie the good ones are not available over the counter
