I just started working out I am on day 9 of starting to walk/run.My first week on days 1-3-5 I would walk 2km. On days 2-4-6 I would do 1km in which I would walk 400m run 100m, walk 400m run 100m. This week on days 1-3-5 I have/will walk 400m run 100m X 4. and on day 2-4-6 I have/will walk 700m and run 300m X 2. Anyway the last couple days it has been horrible weather so I have been using a treadmill which I have never done what is a good pace to walk at? Also for the days I run 100m I can go faster what would be a good speed for that. And the days I do 300m has to be a little slower than my 100m so which would be a good speed for that
