What is a good papier mache recipe with no boiling of water?

I know it's plain and simple-flour and water, but how much of each? I do not want to boil any water, just mix the ingredients in and start working. Thanks

To make paper mache paste mix one part flour with one part water. You could also use liquid starch, that's what I use!
