Hello, I'm a 20 year old girl currently studying floristry by correspondence, so I'm at home 24/7. The only problem is lack of money. I'm looking for something that's fairly easy where you can work your own hours and won't take away too much of my study time. I was thinking something like AVON or Home Care? What do you think? Any other ideas?

  1. What good is Avon if you dont know a thing about how to sell the product?

Nothing will change unless you do. You need to learn how to sell. Your going to have to go out and meet people to sell avon or home care products. You will need to learn online marketing. Products come a dime a dozen, but, if you can't sell them you'll be stuck in the same ol rut year after year. I suggest looking for a job because it is easier to find a job then it is to run your own business unless you have, some sales skill, highly disciplined, or understand computer terminology.

    Whats it gonna be?

  2. I agree with ;-D

If you work in California, $8.50 is minimum wage - $6 won't cut it. A little less than half goes to taxes, a little over half to a gallon of gas.

    good luck.

  3. Baby sitting / pet sitting / tutoring. Easy to manage your own time and if you must be at home or at another place with a shelter.

  4. $6 an hour.  i don't know where you live, or what you're looking for.
