  1. You can apply for freelance writing, bookkeeping, software, transcription, online tuition or customer service work at home jobs. These companies do not require any fee and pay well . List of companies(with websites) offering genuine work at home jobs is available at http://www.pcworkathome.net . Many of these companies have been in business for several years

  2. waiting tables...hours plus tips...yep yep

  3. Another possibility is an on-campus job. The pay won't be great but scheduling accommodations should be much easier to get than with another employer.

  4. You should try and get a job somewhat related to your major.  This is EXTREMELY helpful after graduation, especially if this recession continues.  You won't have a chance in h**l of getting a job after graduation without experience in your field.  For example, if your major is education, get a job at a daycare.  If you go to a relatively large school in a town which revolves around the college, most any employers will be willing to work with you on scheduling.  I don't think most people realize the benefits of working in your field before you graduate, but it will be much easier to get a job after graduation.

  5. ......there are many choices,

it will be better if you try yourself in your city.

  6. Which school do you go to? I am the owner of SyllabusCentral.com and we are looking for campus representatives. We pay a nice commission and you can also get course credit for the internship. If you might be interested contact me at andrew(at)syllabuscentral(dot)com.
