What is a good pen brand and model that is not leaky and not dry?

I hate fountain pens. I hate those pens that have those ultra thin pen tip. Any recommendations? The ink of the pen must be QUITE everlasting.

Zebra F-402. It's a ballpoint and the cartridges come in fine, medium, etc. Best pen I ever used. It's also padded where you hold it.
