What is a good pet for a lvl 40 dwarf hunter?

I just hit lvl 40 and I'm looking for a good pet i have a boar right now

cats, wolves and bears are pretty easy to feed..  most things you kill drop meat.

LOL aww.. WoW. Boars are a good hunter pet, so are cats and bears. It depends on what you want, a grinding, tanking, or damage pet. Cats do more damage, boars and bears are great for tanking, and both cats and boars are consitant enough for heavy grinding. A very popular pet choice at lvl 42 is King B the white tiger...or the ghost cats, but they are level 19-20 when you get them so you have to really power level them up to get them even with you. also if you are geared and spec'd properly, you can always get a novelty pet, like a plain strider from Mulgore (theres a pink one) or a big turtle, spider etc. Stay away from caster pets. I've always been a big fan of cats though- cant go wrong there, even after Bliz nerfed the attack speed. Lol, he's talking about an online game called World of Warcraft... and I'm pretty sure you should be posting this in the "games" section. But boars are good if you don't want to wait while your pet runs up and gets aggro before shooting. Bears are good for damage, and cats are pretty cool as well.
