What is a good photo editing program???

Question

i've tried a bunch and none of them have the stuff i want to do. like photocopying, and making photo's look weird like putting in word bubbles and changing the background, and doing different hair and eye colors. What is a good one to use (preferably free) if not not over $50. Thank You a TON!!!!

If you really don't want to pay alot of money, you could always download Photoshop via torrent.

Photoshop is the best. Its not free so get a trial to start off with. And you can change hair and eyes on there and even make it look like your skin is decaying and put fake cuts on your skin that look almost real. Its cool.

Theres also GIMP but you can really only make images . Not edit them and but word bubbles and changing hair and eyes.

And there Corel Paint Shop Pro. I dont know anything about it thought since i dont use it.

Dont download it "via torrent".

You want to download stuff from the ORIGINAL site. Thats the safest way. You dont want to accidently download a virus.

Try Gimp - it's open source, free and legal. Photoshop Elements is a decent one for under $100.00 if you prefer a commercial product.
