  1.      LIFT WEIGHTS AND ONE THING THAT IS IMPORTANT IS CONTROL BECAUSE I KNOW I AM A PITCHER FOR PONY BASEBALL LEAGUE ONE THING THAT I LIKE TO DO IS IF YOU HAVE SWIMMING POOL AND DIVE IN  AND IN THE BOTTOM I DO THE PITCHING MOTION THAT REALLY HELPS ME AND YOU GOT TO WORK ON CONTROL TOO. BOTH OF IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR A PITCHER......


  2. Lift medium weights... Nothing too heavy. The more reps the better. The other key is to long toss as much as possible. I have seen someone do this and increase velocity for 83-89 over the summer....  

  3. run alot lift weights and buy training balls that are heavier than a real baseball and it will help you a lot

    I THINK IF U WANT TO increase pitching speed

    long toss ever day

    and then keep increasing the range ur throwing

    or work out ur lower half
