It's not in Anaheim, but Tommy T's in Huntington is where I just had a piercing done and it was very clean and professional. They have a website too I think..they've been piercing for a really long time

p.s.- I had to go back for some questions and Tommy was there. I didn't like him - I found him to be pretty condescending. However, Lucy is who did my piercings and I researched it online and she was AWESOME - I recommend having her do it for you
