I've had verizon for 3 years, we have an office phone line, a separate fax line, high speed internet, and I believe that at the moment I do not have long distance in the plan. Although, we do have it available, but don't have a package since we don't use it that often maybe once a month. I feel that I am paying too much. The bill comes out for 193! Is that okay for having all those details, or should I be able to get it cheaper?

It shows that I am getting charged $63 for "CustoPak measured line-3 year term" along with "CustoPak Interstate SLC"

Then $18 for voice msg, for one year, along with caller ID, which that part we do like.

High speed Internet is 21.99

Then it says we have high speed internet for business, with the bundle discount its 53.99

Plus the long distance calls like in the next city are .13 per minute.

Does everything sound okay? Or am I getting charged too much?

  1. Ask for a bundle deal- check to see if FiOS Business is available in your area.  It's a limited roll out across the nation so it might not be in your town yet.

Ask about the Freedom plans - just call the business center and tell them you don't think you're getting the best deal for your money - what can they do - and specify the range you'd like to stay in.
