What is a good pokemon battle tower team?

I use the double battle and the most I've gotten was 18. I always lose before my 21st. Same with single battle. I want to know a good team,

For double battle I use

Torterra - Dragonite

crunch aqua tail

earthquake thunder punch

razor leaf thunder wave

grass knot wing attack

then i use earthquake to hit both opponents and then then

my backups are

dusknoir

ice punch

thunder punch

will-o-wisp

curse

staraptor

aerial ace

fly

close combat

pluck

And I lose a lot and it is quite frustrating.

my backups are

heracross   choice band

megahorn, close combat, swords dance, night slash

breloom  toxic orb

focus punch, leech seed, seed bomb, substitute

use salamence, dragonite with thunder/firepuch, latios and latias with recover and latios with ice beam, thunderbolt, and psychic and latias with (your move here using sp atk.), psychic and psyco shift
