prep clothing like  hollister or stuff with tight pants and awesome smelling pefume that will always be remembered

Guys like fruity smells, for an example Fantasy by Britney Spears. Actually, it's not that fruity but a lot of guys have commented on how I smell when I wear it. They say it reminds them of cupcakes or something. Nothing too strong, guys don't like that.

Clothing? I think it all depends on that guy's personal style. Some guys don't even care, as long as the clothes look good on you.
