What is a good prank to pull on band camp?

Question

Last year we drove by dressed as gangsters, and shot cap guns at them. We also got a trumpet and played really poorly at the worst times which screwed up their practice.

This year we are thinking of putting an inflatable pool where they practice, and just be chilling in the pool with our speedos, sipping a glass of lemonade.

Any pranks?

Last year we put this glue that dissolved in water on the nerds instruments then they would walk out and we would throw water on them bit mean lol

I got this off Family Guy:

Put some type of "faeces" or poo in the blowy instruments like the tubas, trombones etc then just wait for them to blow!

If you get poo I suppose some food stuffs will do
