What is a good program to rip and burn dvds?

I was using Dvd Fab and I LOVED it but my trial ran out and I just can't afford to buy it. I need something that is either free or cost less then $30. I need one that can rip and decrypt the things that keep you from copying them, and then burn them onto a dvd. I am trying to burn copies of my daughters favorite movies so they each have a copy and there is no fighting. Just to put it out there, Nero is to expensive for me I would just buy Dvd Fab if i wanted to spend that much.

Dvd Decrypter is great for ripping dvds (including copywrited ones) and is completely free. I'm pretty sure you can burn dvds too with it but if it doesn't work try downloading dvd shrink.
