What is a good punishment? (truth or dare)?

Question

What is a good punishment for Truth or Dare if someone doesn't complete a dare? Also, what are some good dares for 3-4 guys? (teens, 14) No nudity (if necessary). Also, very limited resources. Be creative with both dares and punishments. Something that would be a good dare, or something that you wouldn't want to do so you can take the dare. The punishments have to be done right then and there also.
