What is a good reason to switch teams?

ok so in my school we have teams like 8A 8B and 8C and my friends are on A and C and I'm on B an u have to have a really good reason to switch teams does anybody no any good ones???

its called TTA, "team , trust , acknowledgement", when you switch teams you come across different characters with different opinions and you learn about teamwork, adaptability to situations, trusting others and acknowledging others opinions!

i would say that my teammates are not helping me in the areas i need work on and they don't seem to respect me. But have you thought this through? this is a chance for you to get to know more people and more people means more connections and opportunities. why don't you try to get to know some and then if it doesn't work out do the excuse idea and by then it'll be true.
