I need a router for a good price that is reliable. There's gunna be a ps3, xbox360, and 2 laptops hoocked up to it. I also need lan ports on it because we're not "supposed" to have a wireless connection in my dorm (they're basically a back up if we get caught).

  1. Try a Linksys WRT54G series. You probably don't have "N" band cards on anything so buying  "N" band is just going to waste your money. The Linksys is pretty reasonable. It has 4 hard wire ports. Best Buy carries them and I think Wal Mart does too. You can also order from all over the net. You will find Linksys has good customer support also.

  2. I just use a Belkin one I got at a post office for cheap, havn't tried running that many things off it but it supports 200 meg of transfer.
