What is a good remedy for lady bugs they come in droves in the fall ?

  1. Scoop them up and dispose of them by either chilling them in small jars (and give them to gardeners in the spring when the bugs start eating their plants), or flush them.   Chilling ladybugs keeps them dormant all winter.   If you don't want them in your fridge, then give them to your gardener friends now.  Ladybugs eat aphids and spider mites and other plant pests, and although they are a nuisance in the fall, they're a really beneficial insect and don't hurt anything.

    If you let them hang around now, they'll lay eggs and you'll have even more next year.

  3. Do you know how lucky you are? Many people go and buy them

    at the local garden shop to put into their garden! Maybe you can

    sell them! or....give them to me? lol

    They are very beneficial bugs that you really should not kill!
