  2. an e***a is really the best way to go. You might not like it, but it will do the job.

  3. Eating beans has been proven to improve colon health.

  4. Pico-Salax is very good to completly clean out your colon. It is used on people the day before getting colonoscopys. It does not matter if you are male or female.

  5. A colonic is the only way to be sure.  It's fantastic.
