  1. Kraft has started making a low fat mayo made with olive oil that's actually pretty good. You can try plain low fat yogurt and add lots of herbs.

  2. Reggae Reggae Sauce!

  3. salad cream

  4. plain non fat yogurt...mountain high is what i use

  5. natural yoghurt is a good substitute because it has a tangy taste....you can also try some low fat sour cream.

  6. Salad dressing. Or low-fat mayo.

  7. I like using Dijon mustard in my tuna and egg salad sandwich's.

  8. You can use Olive oil but I would recommend using low-fat or fat free mayo instead.

  9. veginaise it is lowfat and tastes just like mayo when mixed with stuff.

  10. Sour cream, mayo made with olive oil, plain yogurt, cream cheese and yogurt mixed, or try a vegan mayo. My parents love one called veganaise. There is also mayo made with avacado oil.

  11. Mix 1 small tsp. of lowfat mayo with 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard.

Add that to your tuna.  It is good!

Also, try mashing up avocado with a little olive oil.  Add a squeeze of lemon and whip in a food processor.  Spread that on sandwiches.

I also loooooove hummus on sandwhiches.  Mmmmm.
