What is a good resort to stay at while visiting Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio?

Not too many "resorts" in the Sandusky area. Last time I went to Cedar Point, I just got a room at the Comfort Suites on Route 6. It's about an ten minute drive from the hotel to the park. If you're willing to pay a bit more, Cedar point has 2 hotels within the park also.

If you want to spend an extra day there, stay at The Great Wolf Lodge in Sandusky.  Its a large indoor waterpark.  But only do it if you have time to use the waterpark, its pretty pricey to stay there and not use the waterpark.
