What is a good resource for proper southern etiquette?

I will be visiting Tennessee soon, and want to behave like a proper gentleman...

Say yes, mam' and yes, sir. Shake hands and look the person in the eyes. Say that it is nice to meet them. Open doors for ladies. Watch the older men and do what they do. Usually the older men know how to be a proper gentleman.

I live in Tennessee and see all types of behavior.

In the South, many young people call any man older than them Sir and any lady Ma'am.

Iced tea comes sweet unless ordered otherwise.

If you go through Memphis, Corky's Barbque is excellent or Gus's Fried Chicken.

Act like you were meeting Taylor Swift.  However she would want to be treated is probably how you should treat everyone you meet in Tennessee.
