I have two favourite restaurants on the Kings Road.  The first is The Big Easy, that sells American food in all its glory.  There are two floors which both offer a great atmosphere.  There are also live bands every night, which are not too overpowering.  The food and service is excellence and it is not over priced.  My other favourite is eight over eight, which is an Asian restaurant.  This restaurant is more relaxing and the ambiance is softer.  Again great food at a reasonable price.  If you want a fun night out go to the big easy and if you want a relaxing night out where you can talk all night try eight over eight.  Have a great time.

There is a restaurant on The Kings Road, I think it's called Jam or maybe The Jam and you have to climb up a little ladder for some of the tables which are placed above the floor ones. It's quite funky and kitsch. And if your date has a skirt on maybe you can peek when she climbs the ladder...........;~)

5th floor at Harvey Nichols is just up the road. Very classy, great food and it is £35 for 3 courses and unlimited house  wine at the mo.
