Where are you located? I suggest going to restaurant review sites that will let you look up your specific location, the type of restaurant, and then you'll also be able to find out what other people thought about it. Try googling "Local Restaurant Reviews". I use Yelp.com quite a lot.

OR, you could always pack a romantic picnic or cook your own romantic dinner then lower the lights, light some candles, and play some romantic music.
