Naruto - it's a simply gr8 story abt a kid called Naruto, a no.1 hyperactive knucklehead ninja.

Special A is a really great series there's been 13 volumes and 19 eps so far

Penguin revolution (i know the name sounds really stupid but its a great manga)

Ouran high school host club it doesn't have a ton of action but its really funny and has some romance that just getting started

Kare Kano is a amazingly good series that spans like 23 volumes

Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden its the prequel to Fushigi Yuugi

Mahou sensei negima doesn't have too much romance yet but its funny and has really good action scenes
