What is a good routine to do to get reseanably strong arms and abs without weights??im 13?

im starting 8th grade and i want to get into a bit better shape. i work out with my dad a lot. i bench press 75lbs in 3 sets of 10. i do wide pulls on 45lbs in 3 sets of 10. but i want to know a way to get ripped without the gym.

  1. Wax on, wax off.

    Go watch the movie The Karate Kid.

    It's the same idea. You do serious physical work, like painting, construction, moving & hauling things, etc. and your body will get strong and ripped - defined muscles, but without the extreme bulk of people who work out with weights.

I would say do a lot of push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and jumps... these four exercises form the basis for a full body work out.  Push-ups will work your triceps, pecs and abs.  Sit-ups work your lats and abs.  Pull-ups work your back and biceps.  Jumps work your legs and calves.  Pair all these with a jump rope and you're set for an awesome body without all the weights!  Maybe add in some yoga, martial arts or gymnastics for some more fun.  ;)
