I have been symptom free for a while and have the doctor's ok to exercise again. I haven't ran in a while and wanted to get some tips for getting back into the swing of things without pushing my body too hard. Any suggestions?

  1. I think it is always safer to start with a run/walk type of thing. You could run along for how long it feels ok then walk a bit, then get back into running OR you could just run 100m/ walk 100m.

A nice place to run helps, so it takes your mind off the exercise, you are more doing a little tour.
