What is a good salary for Administration (UK)?

Question

I have been with the company for 3 years, starting as an Office Jnr leading to Administration Assistant and I am now Business Support Administrator. I have just finished an NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration. I have quite allot of responsibilities and am a hard worker. Also, not that I think it should matter but I am 19 years old.

I'm just curious what sort of pay would be expected.

I am 20 and work in northern ireland as an office manager. I started, like you, as an office junior and got promoted within in a short space of time.

I am responsible for payroll, vat returns, credit control and tax returns for a construction company employing 30 direct employees and several sub-contractors.

I am starting NVQ Level 3 this september as a part time, night course and my company is paying for it. I am currently getting £16,120 per annum with a pay rise to be discussed in october. I also get a bonus at Christmas time and before Summer holidays.
