What is a good sat score?

i got a 700 in math and writing and a 650 in critical reading

is it good can it get me a high scholarship

1350 is a good score, sort of adequate to get into most colleges if you have other good qualifications. It will not get you a large scholarship ata top ranked school. At a mid level public school you might get a small to medium scholarship.

out of 2400 i dont think its very good. you could've done a lot better. you may be able to get a small scholarship to an okay college, but don't expect any large scholarship.
