I am homeschooled and I need a strict schedule to keep myself in order and inline so that im doing my work and doing it right. How many hours should I be just on one whole subject and should I save tests and stuff for the end of the week so I have all week to prepare for them?

  1. I would say, spend an hour on each subject so you can get a lot done but don't get really sick of anything.  And don't save your test for the end of the week, because if you do, you'll be dreading every Friday, and you might have to remember a lot of things for a lot of tests all in one day.  Vary your tes days. And if you have a test on a Tuesday or something, just start studying for it the Tuesday before that.

  2. Why do you need a strict schedule? Because you don'tlike what you're studying?

Mybe the problem isn't you, maybe it's the fact that what you're learning or the way you re learning it is boring, outdated or irrelevent.

Why not find an exciting way to learn so that you're motivated to do so? Learn about things that interest you and you won't have to make yourself do it; you'll have to make yourself take a break!

  3. OK well i was homeschooled 12 years and by 5th grade was responsable for all my own stuff, i spent and hour to hour and half on one subject if i had a quiz i gave my self an extra 10mins for that subject i usualy started at 9am was was done by 3pm i had a hour lunch depending on how many subject i had that day of that year i would get done sooner some times.
