You need to choose something that personally excites you. Perhaps if you could narrow it down, you would get some feedback.

A study of human types narrowed down to race might be of interest. Specifically a photo study of all available blacks would make an interesting study. American blacks have had a great deal of admixture. Use a native african as a control, you know, the very black type. Then study gradations of color from black to cafe au lat. Include mother and father and children in the study. You may discover some interesting connections.

I had a friend marry a Germanic type girl, very white, blue eyes, etc. Her mother was the same type, but her dad was a black. Their children turned out cafe au lat with slight ******* features. Your project could also discuss genetics and theoretical outcomes.
