I'd like to purchase a complete kit somewhere with all the materials I need for an 11'th grade year. I've been having a lot of trouble finding something reasonably priced and non religious. If you know of any good complete curriculums please send me the link. Thanks!

  1. "Overly expensive" is very relative.   Do you mean more than $500?  $1000?  $3000???

K12 is a great option and is secular.  The courses are $375/course/semester (0.5 credit) for part-time enrollment ($395 for AP).  Full time enrollment, for six courses, is $6995, but it's 15% off through July 15th, which would be $5950.

We've used K12 for over five years with their Kdg-8th grade courses.  It's a great curriculum.

You're going to find that the majority of online high schools start around $350/course/semester.

If your state has a virtual public school option, then you could attend online school for free.  Otherwise, here's a list of secular high schools online:

  2. I did Home Study International, now called Griggs International Academy.  It is run by Seventh Day Adventists, even though I am not SDA.  I got my diploma through that school.  It's accredited.

  3. I am currently enrolled at "Laurel Springs Distance Learning." I'm not sure how much you're willing to go, budget-wise, but they offer monthly payments, which is what I am doing. Personally, it's a bit pricey, but that's because my family isn't exactly wealthy. I'm in ninth grade and I only took 4 primary classes (PE, English, Earth Science, Algebra 1), which are all online, though you can also choose textbook. I had to put down about $1000 and pay $222 montly. Mind you, I am only taking 1 semester. Feel free to google 'Laurel Springs Distance Learning' to find out more.

  4. There are many that are FREE, options really depend on where you live
