I haven't been running since 35 years, but I am in good shape through bicycle road racing. Because my knees had multiple surgeries, I stopped running, but I like to start again. Any suggestion for a shoe, which absorbes the shock to the knee.

  4. I just went through the whole process of trying on and buying a pair of shoes. I ended up with Asics Gel Kanayo 14's. The people at the store told me that Asics had the best running shoe on the market. I assumed they knew what they were talking about. So far I've ran 10 miles in them and my feet and legs have felt great. I love them!

  5. I've had two pairs of asic kanayo's and I have probably run over 3000-4000 miles in them. They have never given me a problem and they are really light and supportive.
