i want to edit some of my photos. like put neat borders on them or like the Warhol effect. i want to put different effects on my pics but i dont know where to look. thanks!

Hello, If you are an amateur, then I would recommend using picassa program provided by Google or gmail. i suggest if you could sign in and download the program, its really good and can help you to merge photos. If you are a professional, then i would suggest Adobe Photoshop. It provides a lot of features and is simply wow.
