  1. For cards (common-ultra rare and most promo's) use yugiohmint.com, its actually advertised on yahoo answers if you look for yugioh questions.

    For secret rares there's really no good prices, but ebay has the closest thing to a resonable price range.

    One warning though... DO NOT USE POKEORDER.COM!

    An example of why is Dark Armed Dragon on poke is about 250, mint its 150.  Il blud is 240 on poke, 130 on mint (lower on ebay).  Plus most commons on poke are 1 dollar each, on mint there .45 cents.  Unless there a short print.
