  1. Volkl makes some of the best skis out there.  I would reccomend the volkl bridge or volkl wall.  both really good all mountain twintips.  They are alittle more expensive than some brands, but well worth it.

  2. I would suggest something in the Salomon 1080 family. The other (but more expensive) option is armada, which is great too. I have riden those for the past 2 years and they are great for grinding, hucking big footers, and also in the pipe. I also love them in the bumps, powder and trees.

    Hope this helps.

  3. go for about a 150cm twin tip with decent flexibity. There's probably a lot like this, so after that just go on look. :)

  4. I have a pair of Atomic beta v7.24 which look really cool, especially with my matching boots, they are probably c**p, but I get about OK

  5. Like previously mentioned, something like the Salomon 1080 (possibly the foil) family would work well for you... You could also look towards K2 which have quite a few all-mountain twins.. Im currently skiing on the K2 Fugative, and it works great as an all mountain ski(for me at least), though I do know some people that think its a little to "soft"/flexible for all mountain use... You could look towards something like the Silencer or Public Enemy both by K2 which in my opinion would be the best for you.
