  1. NO PILLS !!!! TRY A BANANA 1/2 HOUR BEFORE BED.

  2. Exercise, and diet.

  3. workout as much as you can then your body will tell you to sleep rest 1 hour before you hit the bed

  4. Use the natural way its called Melatonin but to high of mg will cause you to become groggy start with 3mg if it dosetn work go higher

  5. Zopiclone is a mild sleeping tablet and I have been taking it for about 3 years. Like anything new your body will get used to it and hopefully you will get used to any side effects. I have to say that since increasing my Gabapentin at night, I don't need to take it any more. On my packet Zopiclone also come under the name of Zileze, which is the trade name. Side effects include bitter/metallic after taste and dry mouth. I was told that they weren't addictive as were the old type of sleeping tablets. I was told that it is non addictive. Now I see that information was wrong. However, I have taken it for three years and came off it quite easily without any effects when I increased the Gabapentin.

  6. It's much better if you can avoid long term use of sleeping tablets.  Think about the things that are causing your sleep problems and see if you can alter any of those.

  7. None.

If you are having trouble sleeping, maybe you need to have a sleep study done to see why you are unable to sleep.

    All medications are addicting.

  8. Kalms, sleeping tablets, or alternativly a hot chocolate or walm milk and cookie.

  9. Celestial Seasonings makes a Sleepy Time Tea it works or heated up milk.

  10. Try burning a lavender oil mix in a small burner in the room half an hour before going to bed.  Make sure there is a window open too.  Extinguish burner when you go to bed.  Lavender is a natural relaxant and you will find that even if you do not sleep - you will feel more relaxed and not become tense because you feel you SHOULD be asleep - if you know what I mean.  Give it a try and see.  You could also help matters by having a chamomile tea half an hour before going to bed and inhale the steam whilst you are waiting for it to be cool enough to drink.  Try it and let us all know if it helped?

  11. hello if your having sleeping problems the best one i know of is a herb called valerian, it used in brand names but these usually contain other products as well, valenian is one of natures gentlest, non toxic, non-addictive tranquillisers, also don't drink any caffeine after 6pm in the evening as this may be keeping you up. good luck sweet dreams.

  12. None. Never use any sleeping tablet otherwise, for short amount of your normal  sleep now, you will have to take that medicine regularly. Have a good enough balanced diet & take a lot of water. Don't take tea or coffee after the meal. Make room temperature comfortable, good ventilation, bed soft & room full of sweet fragrance. While retiring for sleep keep out all complicated matters out of your mind & take God's name at the end. You will have sound sleep.

  13. I use ambiens!
