What is a good smudge free water proof eyeliner?

i just want something that will last me through the day without my eyeliner wearing off and smudging everywhere. what are some good eyeliner you'd recommend?!! i like using the pencils or the ones that twist up out of the plastic tube=]

OH!!! and i wear eyeliner on the bottom mostly and top and bottom occasionally. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!

They all smudge you can try liquid will will last longer.
