  1. Photoshop...it's expensive (but you can get a trial from adobe.com), but it's good (it takes a while to learn though..) Good Luck. :)

  2. I highly recommend Corel Graphics Suite.  It is much less expensive than Photoshop, but gives you a lot more flexibility. I've created company logos, CD covers, animated GIFs, and tons more stuff.  I've also used it for photo manipulations and just about any other "graphic" use you can think of. It can be pricey, depending on your budget, but is so much less than Photoshop, and does so much more.  I love Corel!

  3. well you have Paint which is the one that comes on your computer.

then you have  PhotoFiltre which allows you to do some of the things that Photoshop does and then you have Photoshop CS3.

  4. Photofiltre

  5. adobe illustrator and adobe photoshop. If you use them together you can make whatever you want.

  6. If you want a free one, Photofiltre is probably the indeed one of the great ones I can find. But if you want a paid one, Photoshop would be the one for you.

  7. photoshop has everything
