Like if the boat's horn is way too...small and the sound too weak. Is there something to buy, like a horn or some whisle? Where do you buy something cheap?

Check some local marinas or boating dealers or online stores....a fair-sized portable air horn should be all you need. Many can be heard for miles.

  2. The loudest thing you can get, is the air horn that comes in a can and can be bought at most boating dealerships or Wal-Mart. They are fairly cheap and do not take up much room in your boat.

  3. all of these questions invlove common sense. anything that makes noise will help you. it seems you are to overprotective. but yes, you can buy many horns and whistles. here are some to choose from, overtons is very reputable.

  4. An aerosol air horn is an excellent backup noise maker.  Walmarts has 'em.  A whistle will work in a pinch (like a basketball referee uses).

  5. A whistle! you know like an official uses.  They are available at walmart.
