  1. Woodhouse Day Spa hands down the best spa and it's not that expensive.

  2. Bella Nova inside the 610 loop and ask for Judy she is the greatest massage therapist .....

  3. Shear Integrity Salon and Day Spa on the north side of town.

I love this place.  They are very professional, and the prices are decent.

They have many a la carte items as well so you could create your own if you wanted to.

  4. It depends how much you want to spend.  Urban retreat has a manicure, pedicure, and massage package that comes with a lunch.  That's my favorite place.  Nordstrom and Saks also have spa packages.  If your budget is pretty tight you can do a gift card to Massage envy for $39 and buy a gift certificate to a nail salon that performs facials, manicures, etc.  There's a great place called Envision nails off of Kirby and Richmond.  Hope this helps.

  5. Depending on where you live.....Albert Luiz in Sugarland is top notch. I always enjoy my time there and leave feeling so refreshed. The staff are extremely nice. They also can do different packages for you in what you all want to give your sister in a way of spa services.

  6. Try:

    Herbana Natural Concepts Spa

    16933 El Camino Real

    Houston, TX 77058

    Phone: (281) 461-8532

    or

The Spa Packages at the Houstonian---includes lunch and a glass of wine!

  7. Vye Salon on 1960 & Eldridge

  8. Try the downtown Hilton Skyline Spa or if you're not near the city look up a Massage Envy in your area as they are great as well.

  9. aveno

  10. I wouldn't know, being a guy.

The only spa I know about has warm water, water jets, and a recess to hold your beer while you soak.
