What is a good speech topic to do regarding alcohol/ics?

I am 13 and I have to do a speech at school about anything really. It has to be between 3-5 minutes long. So, I thought about talking about alcohol/alcoholics. Here's a few ideas which I brainstormed last night.

> Should alcoholics still have their privilege to purchase alcohol?

> Should they lower the legal drinking/smoking age to 18 in Ontario?

> Underage drinking: should it be allowed with adult supervision (my friend suggested this one)?

Out of the three ideas, which one do you think is the best to talk about. Do you have any other ideas? And I will be presenting this speech to a class of 13/14 years olds?

How would you determine if a person is an alcoholic.Doctor , There family, co worker> I'm 47 ,when I was 18 the drinking law was 18 ,by the time they changed it to 21 I was 23 so, I think you would better Info from ALANON or AA on this subject

I think the underage drinking topic is the most appopriate for your age range. It will strike a nerve w/ everyone there and get people interested right off the bat because of the title/topic alone.
