I really don't want anything that is going to grow to be six feet long. I just want something smaller. Any suggestions? I'm really not into garter snakes though.

  1. Ball Python, great snakes and only 4-5 feet long.

  2. id go with a corn snke i hear they make pretty good pets. and whats wrong with garter snakes i had three of them b/c one got hit by a lawn mower and the other two got attacked  by my aunts cats.

  3. sand boa, rubber boa, rosy boa

  4. Garter snake, Corn Snake, King Snake, Water Snake. They are all five feet and under.

  5. king snakes are not a good choice, they are very aggressive. corn snakes and ball pythons are good. personally, i like ball pythons better. when babies, corn snakes are way too skinny and squirmy for me. ball python females get to a max of 5 feet. although six feet has been recorded. heres 2 sites that are very respectable and correct.
