What is a good stretching routine to promote flexibility?

I play football currently and my doctor said my hamstrings are tight...i have partially tore my hamstring before as well but its fine now.

  1. tretching in your splits or in second position against your wall and your back bend!!


  2. Since you're a guy I don't think you need to be doing splits.

    You can stretch in a pike (Feet together try to touch your toes)

    Or a straddle (Spread your legs as far as you can and try to to your chest to the floor) Straddle to both legs too.

    To loosen up your hamstrings straddle as wide as you can up against a wall and hold it there for two minutes. Good Luck!
