What is a good subsitute for vodka?

i would like to change my recipe for spaghetti with caviar and vodka by changing vodka to another alcoholic beverage. what would be a good substitute.Thanks

If you're still going to use the caviar, I suggest white wine in lieu of the vodka. Any other alcohol (that I can think of, at least) will mask the delicate flavor of the caviar.

hmmm vodka in spaghetti, that's a new one...I always make spaghetti with a good red wine like a cabernet sauvignon...it really brings out the flavors

why don't u try marsala wine from Italy to  make ur recipe better . tequila is also other option . just try it out
